We make every effort to fulfil orders as quickly as possible, therefore we aim to process orders the same day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation e-mail. Please keep in mind that all our orders are FREE of charge. Once your order has been shipped, most items are trackable, and you will receive your tracking code via e-mail.
Please also note that some of the less accessible areas of the UK, such as the Scottish Highlands might occur some additional postage charges or delivery delays. However, if this issue happens, we will be sure to get in touch with you. If you require to leave a note regarding access or anything else that can affect the delivery, you can do so at the checkout. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
